Crowley, I am running for Place 5 on the Crowley ISD School Board because I believe in expanding opportunities for our students and showing them that success comes in many forms. My journey has been anything but traditional, but my impact speaks for itself.

I made history as the first professor of cosmetology for Tarrant County College—without a college degree—where I built their cosmetology program from the ground up and wrote the textbook for it.

I created the world’s first after-school cosmetology and barbering programs for children, now in 20 schools in FWISD, Fort Worth Public Libraries, and launching internationally in Kuwait in 2025. Our programs have helped thousands of students not only learn hair styling, nails, makeup, and barbering but also entrepreneurship, financial literacy, mental health awareness, hygiene, and safety.

In just three years, my work has been recognized by Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker and Councilman Chris Nettles for its impact on the community.

I am a two-time #1 international best-selling author, with books ranking #1 in just four hours in self-help, codependency, and motivation. As a national motivational youth speaker, I travel the country empowering students to be their best selves and use their voices.

I am running for Place #5 on the Crowley Independent School Board to advocate for safer schools, stronger public education, and real solutions that put our students first. As a Crowley ISD parent, educator, youth advocate, and entrepreneur, I have dedicated my career to empowering the next generation—and as a parent, I am personally invested in ensuring that our district provides the best opportunities for all students, including my own child.
I made history as the first professor of cosmetology at Tarrant County College without a college degree, proving that passion and experience can create real change. As a two-time #1 international best-selling author, I have used my platform to inspire and educate. I also founded the world’s first after-school cosmetology program for children, which teaches college and career readiness to students in FWISD, Crowley, and surrounding areas. This program has grown into 15 schools, Fort Worth Public Libraries, and will expand internationally to Kuwait in 2025.
I believe in investing in public schools and ensuring that our students receive the resources, support, and opportunities they deserve. Crowley ISD needs leadership that listens, takes action, and is truly for the people. I am committed to real solutions for real progress—For Crowley, For Real.
